Below is a list of ministries we offer here at the Bad Axe Free Methodist Church. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible when joining one of our ministry programs. We believe that engaging in fellowship is a very important tool when growing to be more like Jesus. The encouragment of others is a powerful thing.
Children's Ministry
Kids are welcome to join in! We have a ton of fun stuff going on here. We get to learn about the life of Jesus and the Bible while often digging into some games and arts and crafts. We want this experience to be as fun as possible for your children, but also as safe as possible. When checking in your child please make sure to visit the front desk to sign your child in and out of group.
Youth Ministry Group
Our teen ministry runs regularly though the school year. Kids meet on Sunday evenings, from 5-7, alternating from Evangelife Assembly of God & Bad Axe Free Methodist Church. This group consists of teens from several different churches. Teens from 8th-12th grade are welcome for a time of fun, with games, food and time spent learning about God.

We are part of a global church! Not only do we feel it's important to reach our local community with the love of Christ, but the rest of the world. Jesus commanded us to "go and make disciples of all nations." The Free Methodist Church currently has ministries in Afria, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.Our local church supports missionaries in Asia and the Middle East.
Food Pantry
We love being able to serve our community and help out with basic food items on a monthly basis. Our food pantry is open the first Thursday of each month, 9:00-10:30AM. If you are in need of assitance, or would like to volunteer, please call our church office,

OTHER WAYS TO SERVE
If you are looking for a way to serve, no need to look further. We have tons of areas that everyone, from all walks of life, can serve. If you have any questions about any of these fields please let us know.
All of our different areas that you can serve are broken down into specific groups. We hope that you will be able to find a ministry that you can best use your talents in. This means if you are a young man with a strong back, we would love your support in lawn care around the church. If you are an elderly woman, spending time in our nursery would be much appreciated. Check below for a small list of some of those areas.
